Blog2017 ≫ Also I put up a shelf

Have not spent the entire bank holiday in the pub, I have finally put up a shelf in the boys' room. Using this metal racking and some oak hobby board, just one oak shelf so far, looks kind of like this:

Yes, the books should go on the shelf rather than the other way round, but it's a lot more stable this way... Have not taken the wrapper off the oak shelf yet though as wasn't sure about the depth. It's a good length, but it's too deep for that room, so I'm going to change it for a thinner one. Then when this one is full (and I have some more money) I can get another one and just slot it in.
