Blog2017 ≫ Googies lunch was really good

Double good because Emma and Jeff paid for it! Really good, good food for everyone. They have a vegan menu again now (they did when they first opened) and everyone elses was good. Nothing looked super healthy, but was very tasty. Kids loved theirs, and there was a good range of Brewdog and other beers. Would be a good spot to go in the evening.

Harbour Arm was also busy, though there's nothing new there yet this year. Lots of demolition going on! Really enjoyed Steep Street too where I had my traditional peanut bar, basically a big vegan snickers with my coffee.

Lots of ageing rockers in town, something going on at the Burstin I think. I saw one guy sporting extreme versions of four hairstyles at once, he had a mohawk, but the top was a big quiff, and the back was a long mullet. Plus he had a bald patch in the middle, impressive.
