Blog2017 ≫ Happy Mothers Day

Went to Canterbury today on the bus for a change, lovely meal in Zizzi and a bit of a shop.

A minor blow-out in Waterstones for the boys. Feels like we ought to buy more books in proper shops rather than just on Amazon. You however should buy them from Amazon so I earn a tiny commission... we bought:

Two of those books were slightly more expensive than online, one was the same but two were actually a pound cheaper in Waterstones so we're about even.

I did not know the old Waterstones had gone from Canterbury, so all action has moved to Rose Lane (Whitefriars).

We also went in Hotel Chocolat and Body Shop and bought a gift for Clare's niece. A very successful day.

I got off the bus early at Folkestone and walked back, I'm well stepped up.
