Blog2017 ≫ Pre-booked dinner at Strada

⬆️Great weekend in London

Strada is not our favourite place, but we wanted a chain where we knew in advance what was on the menu, for the boys really. This was good, better than our last visit when number one son was sick on the table. Maybe that's why we've not been back to one? Anyway, good, I had a pizza and also a cider - hey my first drink of the year, go me! This time number two son was feeling a bit peaky, he tried to fall asleep at the table again (he did this last time we came to London) so I ducked out before dessert to take him back to the hotel. Left the others at the table to pay the bill. He had some calpol and perked up a bit but still went straight to sleep with no story.

I sat in the bathroom reading, so as not to disturb him and waited for Clare to get back. Then off out on the town for me! On the razz in Camden like I used to do every Friday twenty years ago.
