And it's not bad news! The driver's seatbelt has been replaced; I've had problems with it, it gets stuck and is hard to put on. I had put it down to being the cold somehow, but apparently it was a rear seatbelt, and if they're not lined up exactly then they get stuck. It wasn't up to muster for the MOT so it had to go. The tyres were fine, so no changing of them or the wheels this time. An indicator relay has been replaced as the indicators were too fast, more than 2 flashes per second is too fast. Also a bulb was gone, not sure if that will help with the dimness or has just gone now. That's it, nothing big. Volksfarmers have still got it they're going to replace the gaiter for me that they spotted last time and have a look at the gearbox mounting. If it's only that that's making it jump out of fourth gear then they'll fix it, if it needs anything more I'll carry on driving with one hand on the gearstick...
