Blog2016 ≫ Saturday morning we headed for an early lunch to Pie and Vinyl

⬆️The weekend, what I can still remember of it

Picked up Jack and drove down to find Pie and Vinyl where we were meeting Dave and family. Took a bit of a detour on the way which suited Jack, he found lots more pokemons. Pie and Vinyl is fantastic, great atmosphere being in a record shop having a lunch. We were about the first ones in there and spread ourselves out. I loved my vegan pie, I went for the Aubergine Jeanie, to tie in with the David Bowie theme of the weekend, really good. The boys did not eat much of theirs but they did love the soft drinks being served up in old teapots.

There was a street market all down Castle Road lots of interesting stuff. Wish I'd got a Tricorn t-shirt now. We headed from there across the common to Pirate Pete's which all the boys loved, then from there via Nan's house back home again.
