Blog2016 ≫ Twenty years ago today I was at the Boo Radleys

Not a great gig I don't think. Possibly my only ever visit to Kilburn National Ballroom. I seem to think the support was Sigur Ros, or someone like that, but I am still seeking verification of this. This gig was recorded, it's in a Boo Radleys documentary somewhere or other. Think I went with Gaz, and this seems to be the first gig I have on record after I moved to London. Not sure that's right as I'm sure I was out excitedly at something every night.

There was a series of gigs connected with Radio 1's evening session about this time that I went to a few of, and I'm not sure they're in my exciting archive of gigging, I will have to research, think it was called Soho Live.

Hey a fox just strolled through our back garden, it's 10am, bold of him.

There's a review of that Boo Radley's gig here1, about the only other mention of it I can find online. Gary Hawes are you out there? Did I go to that gig with you? Who was the support???
