Blog2016 ≫ Thought we had missed out on gymnastics today!

Up early and off to the sports centre, not just to sign Number one son up for the new gymnastics class but also number two son for the even more junior mini movers version. Have to get up early for this as people are queueing outside before the sports centre opens as these are hard to get on to. Each time I've been they've opened the registration slightly earlier, which seems to be working well, less queueing overall. This time I got there, only three people in the queue, looking glum, and the person at the front negotiating hard to get their kid into an oversubscribed class! OH NO! Had I missed it? No, seems there is a particularly popular eight-plus class that everyone wanted, and I could still get Harry into the five-to-seven group. So less queueing than ever before, so in to work earlier than normal. So finishing earlier, and starting my bank holiday weekend earlier!

Starting it with 100 less in my pocket however from having paid for two sets of gymnastics classes...
