Quorn has such a presence in supermarkets and restaurants that it's annoying that it's not edible for me. They say it's mushroom, but I think it's mostly egg. Or it was. But now there's a new vegan range, Clare spotted it today in the supermarket. Even if they are just cashing in on the current vegan trend, that's good enough for me.
