Very windy today, I struggled to get my 10,000 steps today, it was actually hard to walk out there. Also struggled to do it yesterday too. Had a surprise pub lunch at the Old Mill with work. Only a surprise because I am disorganised, it was in my calendar. Very nice dinner with the team, but it meant I didn't get my lunchtime walk. Just about made it up by walking up to the supermarket last night. In the rain.
