Sounds interesting1, behaves like meat when cooking but made of plants. So why do vegans like me want this, is it not hypocritical? Why not just eat meat if you love meat substitutes so much..? Point is there is not enough meat to go around, not enough land to grow it on. The meat industry is harming the environment. We have to grow a lot of plants to feed the animals that we're growing to meat, something like seven times the amount of plants we would need to grow if we could just live off the plants. Meat is inefficient. Let's develop even better plant based food. Stuff like this magic meat plant is needed to get the less advanced people off meat, but it also might be nice food for more advanced people like me...
