Breakfast: vitamin drink, bagel with peanut butter and marmite, cup of tea Lunch: Spaghetti with garlic and sundried tomatoes, spinach, melanzana (aubergine and tomato) Tea: toasted hummus sandwich and oven chips

Snacks and drinks: coffee, tea, four half pints of different beers in Canterbury. Probably more TBC, about to decant some wine for the evening. Yep, one glass of white and three glasses of red, cheers! Plus three chocolate liqueurs, a fathers day gift

Had a lovely Fathers Day we went to Posillipo for lunch, then Clare and the boysstayed in Toddlers Cove park in Canterbury while I went to Thomas Tallis alehouse. Nice place, I sat outside in the sun and chatted with another patron. It's always the way with this new micropubs and similar, there's always a friendly atmosphere.
