I have still done NOTHING practical with mine yet, having to solder on connections is a barrier for me. I've put it on the network, hosted a little react web app that I wrote on it, then shut it down again. It currently sits unused. I need to get a battery pack and make it properly mobile. I would run it in the car, but I'd want at least audio out or an lcd screen, both requiring soldering...
Actually I could try just the usb connection in the peugot see if I can play music from it. Still need a car usb power supply for that though.
I'm keen to make some kind of heads up display for the beetle, using some of the one way mirror film magic mirror1 stuff I've seen recently. Maybe mount it inside the sun visor, or a new rear view mirror...
