Blog2016 ≫ Dinner in Zizzi

⬆️Splendid London weekender

Much better than our first nights dinner. Yes we often eat in chains because we have four fussy diners and it's reliable. This was a much more successful meal. Thing two started getting tired so Clare took him back while I waited for Thing one's pudding, then we walked back too.

My turn to sit while the boys went to sleep on our second night, while Clare went out - not to the pub, but to Waitrose. She smashed her step count this day, and mine, by getting a bit lost on the way there.

I sat in the bathroom with the light off waiting for them to go to sleep. I still had my takeaway cake from lunchtime, but couldn't really eat that sat on the loo. Thing two took ages to drift off, while I played on my phone.
