Set my alarm for 7 as it's Clare's lie-in, so I'd be up first and the boys would not wake her, a bad start to everyone's day. They're not stirring yet, so I'm sitting quietly, waiting for them. Am fiddling with my security camera footage. I am impressed with github.com/ccrisan/motioneyeos1, particularly its integration with google photos - it's uploading all footage there so I can see online. I could also have it send me an email, though not got that working yet, I need a mail gateway. I have stopped with my own github.com/pauly/pi-motion2 though I still have a couple of useful things in there. Have put in a pull request to motioneyeos that fixes something for me and will see if I can contribute further.
Going to John Lewis today to look at lights, as our old Habitat lamp shade in the lounge has become brittle and keeps getting bits chipped off it by light sabre battles...
