Going with a Suffolk Old Ale as it was a successful brew at christmas. Aquarium heater is back in to regulate the temperature too so will see what happens. Graph below, but this graph still has old temperatures in from when it was logging outdoor temperatures. You'll see the sudden change to three lines and less variation from about 5pm today (9th April).
At some point my home brew beer graph would have appeared here. I haven't done home brew for ages, it doesn't quite seem worthwhile, but maybe in times of austerity it will return.
