I am a nosey neighbour! I often walk along Princes Parade in the evening just before or just after dinner, to get my step count up. The last four days there's been a little camp there, a car, a van, and a caravan. Not on the road, but on the open ground, the disputed land that may or may not be built on. Maybe this is the start of the works... Will report back if it is there tomorrow.
