Blog2016 ≫ Full and fun bank holiday Friday

Lovely day off today, warm and sunny and full of activity. I was up first today on this bank holiday, let Clare have the first of this little run of lie-ins (lies-in?)... Was not much of a lie-in as we planned to head out early to Tenterden, for swimming and lunch. Had a lovely swim and a go on the water slides and things, then a play in the park, then to Prezzo for lunch. It always always always rains when we go to Tenterden, but not today!

On the way back we had to get some shopping in Hythe. Clare dropped me at Waitrose to get one more bit that we couldn't get elsewhere, some raspberries for a cake she is making, and I walked back from there. Ace for two reasons, 1) I've done my 10,000 steps every day for about a month now, and 2) I went in The Potting Shed on the way back too. Lovely day!

About to try and watch a film with the boys...
