Blog2016 ≫ Walked at lunch

Did a different route, up Hospital Hill to The Corniche, then down past the Earl of Clarendon and back along the seafront. Still only twenty minutes though, it's hard to do an interesting mid range walk from here really, it's basically along the sea front and back again. Not much of a complaint really... At just over 6000 steps by lunchtime, might make my arbitrary 10k by the end of the day. If I go to the loo enough.

10k: Ten km, about six miles in old money. Sometimes talking about 10,000 steps though, an arbitrary daily step-count target.
