We have sat up past midnight, and saw the fireworks out the front window. Very impressive actually, a very clear night, and someone has set off some fireworks from the beach. So a nice display straight out the front, plus a clear view of all the displays all around. I think a few doors down at the new houses set off quite a good display, plus the Hythe Imperial I think.
We watched a Marple and then 8 out of 10 cats, very festive. I was going to get up first (again) but Clare is flaking out early so we're swapping.
