Went to the React meetup yesterday, this one 1. Some quite interesting talks, and some free drinks too, but not quite worth dragging myself to London for and missing Number one son's swimming and tea and bed time and things. If I'd been able to combine it with something else it would have been better, but I didn't even manage to eat. Had the opportunity to go to New Order at Brixton yesterday but did not because of this - the meetup / talks didn't finish until about nine so I just couldn't do it.
