We went to Tenterden yesterday, so we could go to the fun pool there with slides and all sorts of activities. number two son went on the flume ON HIS OWN, it's a great pool there. Could not persuade them to do a great deal of actual swimming but they had a lot of fun.
It rained a lot, it always rains when we go to Tenterden. After swimming Clare shopped a bit and then we had lunch in Prezzo, a very enjoyable day. Nearly bought some Star Wars Lego in a charity shop, but it was part of their window display and they won't sell it until 6th December. So if you're in Tenterden there there's a 2 bargain to be had. It's in one on the opposite side of the high street to Waitrose etc.
The boys had their Return of the Jedi picnic for tea and enjoyed it greatly.
Today we're going bowling, and I've had to cancel swimming again, and again next week - I think Thing One's going to get thrown off his Sunday lessons pretty soon...
