Now we're talking. Normally we'd have a glass of wine on a Thursday night, celebrating getting towards the end of the week. Last night we did not. Still no coffee for me either, maybe that contributed to my feeling of unease yesterday. Won't be the caffeine though as I still had tea and a coke zero. I'm trying a herbal tea today, mint and nettle, hmm. Clare is always on at me to try her mint tea, she has it every day.
