Blog ≫ 2015 ≫ First night of the bunkbeds...
It went well! Number one son slept in the new bunk beds and loved it. number two son slept in numer one's old bed in the other room, and was mostly good. Did not come out of the room anyway though he did get up to play a couple of times... we're going to keep him in there to make sure he's happy before we put the two of them in together. Might try that at the weekend, so if there's too much disturbance it won't ruin a school morning.
Tricky reading Number one son's story up there, plus that room needs more lighting.
I got a couple of lamps from IKEA, pleased with them, but neither is for that room, I need to have another look.
One of the picture frames I got from IKEA at the same time was SMASHED when I opened the box, so just been on to them and got a refund. I can still use the frame I think, just without the glass in it, so it's not bad.
WFH today and it's a bit overcast out.
