We are without Clare for the next four days! So I'm off work to do full time parenting for a long weekend, while she is in Ireland at a wedding. So far it's going well, I got Number one son to school on time and took number two son swimming. He is also fully lunched, and I have a plan for their tea, and I even have some vegetable soup on the go in the soup maker (brocolli, leek, pepper, carrot, basically everything that was on the turn). It's all going well so far.
Also fixed my drive cam raspberry pi security camera, it had been off for a while. A typo in a config file meant the drive filled up. While I have some spare time this weekend (when the boys are asleep) I might fit one of my spare external hard drives to the camera so I can keep a proper long term log. Do some processing of the images too.
Going to have a day in Folkestone tomorrow probably, take a picnic lunch. Maybe take them to Lathe Barn too if it's nice. Which it is right now, beautiful day. Calm, hot, sunny, the sky and the sea are blue.
