Number one son reached the moon!
They have an incentive scheme at his school, all the kids are in a rocket and when they do something good they go up to a star, if they do something bad they go down, into the smoke, and back to the planet... today he reached the moon, the top of the target! Not sure what for yet, I bet it was geography / capitals / flags related...
UPDATE: it was for excellent work in English in the morning and then excellent work in Maths in this afternoon, even more proud now! For this he gets six raffle tickets into the draw for the merit cup now. It's a strange system they have for rewards at that school. You do well, you get a ticket, it goes into the draw, they draw a winner of the cup. So you might get just one merit and win the cup every week, or you might get ten merits per week and never win...
