Blog2015 ≫ Sat for a couple of hours in Fitzherberts

⬆️Amazing weekend in Brighton

Hmm I'm calling it Fitzerberts but possibly the name is Fitzherbert Mrs. This was a quiet spot in the afternoon for Clare to leave me while she went to shop a bit and check into our hotel. I had my book with me and wanted a quiet spot to sit and read. Also drawn to this place because the night before @beelzebab666 were selling vegan kebabs and vegan hotdogs from the front of this pub... Unfortunately I was there just at the wrong time, after our brunch but not long enough before our tea. We'd decided to forego lunch proper. So I just had a couple of pints of Timothy Taylor's Landlord and sat in peace, it as very nice.

Seems like they have live music or there is a folk music club or something there. Lots of posters on the wall for bands that I thought had long split up. It feels like time has stood still in Brighton, makes you feel young again.
