Here in the Echo1, police have released this image of a man suspected of stealing THOUSANDS of pounds of lego from asda in Fareham.
Normally cctv captures seem to be such low quality as to be of no use, this is a good clear one1. Guessing it is not someone local if he's not worried about being recognised.
