He told us yesterday he was sitting with the year twos for maths at school, we thought this was a good sign (he is in year one). Today it turns out that he has been moved up to the top table for Maths, that means not just with the year twos, but top of the year twos.
It looks like different tables do slightly different work (though mostly they try not to let the kids notice this), as they're all at different ability levels. He's with the best of the year above him. Do you get it? He is very clever, very proud of you number one son.
