We have decided that Number two son's illness is definitely hand foot and mouth from descriptions online, it's harmless and will just go away by itself. It started with a temperature with Number two son though, hope number one son is not starting off with similar symptoms. Probably he is just exhausted, he's also had a full day of school and a session at Kidz Planet today with his cousins too.
