Blog2014 ≫ Weather bomb

Man alive we had bad weather last night, really loud rain and wind, kept me awake.

Number one son had a great swimming lesson yesterday, they have promoted him up to the next group. This means he can just about swim a width of the pool unaided (backstroke, no floats). He is meant to actually go right across the pool, but they say he's close enough. I think they want the space in the beginners group so they can get more people in. Another of his classmates (from swimming, but also from school) also moves up with him, and another one went up a couple of weeks ago, so it's not going to be quite as quiet in the new group as it is right now. Very proud of him anyway, good work Number one son!

Feeling a bit run down towards the end of the week, tired and aching. Looking forward to my christmas week off starting next Friday, though it will be super busy.
