Just a quick update ten years later, as I just noticed this old popex news post sat there on its own like that. Mr Barfly himself Be Rozzo did let me into both of those gigs (The Darkness and The Cure), and Clare, and someone else got our friend Emma in too. And then I went to the Pet Shop Boys gig too, as the guest of a friend who won tickets. Nice!
