Hmm we finished the Irish four part "crime drama" on BBC4 last night, Amber. Not actually a crime drama at all. While we were watching it I said "This is like Lost", the flashes about in time, the little things that I think you're meant to notice that are not super clear when you first watch them etc. I have a love hate relationship with Lost, I loved it, then when I saw the ending I hated it. I now feel the same about Amber. Well made, but disappointingly written. They may well be saying "ah, there are no answers in real life" but I say "NOT AH! You just haven't written an ending!". I watch TV and read books so I don't have to make up my own stories.
