We've reviewed your Direct Debit payment plan and your payments don't match the value of the energy you're using, so we're changing your monthly payments. This is explained in your bill.

Oh I wonder if my direct debit is going to go down? Do you think? Every time I contact them it goes down, every time they reassess like this and estimate it for me it goes up unneccessarily. We'll see. Can't remember my password to log in.
