Watched Source Code 1 tonight, a film I started years ago but possibly fell asleep during. It was just on Film Four, so we finally watched it all. It was alright, a nice idea, not sure the ending entirely worked, but we enjoyed it.
Been working HARD today, character encoding again. I have not actually solved the issue but think I have finally made all of the symptoms go away.
Oh and our toaster has broken. We're going to buy another Dualit but are compromising massively. I want one of these 1 really, as that is the same as the one that has just packed in. Even though it has failed us, we've had it for about ten years. I have repaired it once, though it's the element that has gone this time. So instead of getting another one of those 1 we're going for the cheaper option 1 and I'm going to try and repair the original again. This way it doesn't matter if I take weeks / months / years over it. I even signed up for another trial of amazone prime so we'll get the new toaster in a hurry.
Had a look at the amazon prime video offering, but it's not as good as I thought it was going to be. It all seems to be things that have already been on TV, it's not the full range of what Amazon / Love Film offer. There's no Breaking Bad for example. Have cancelled amazon prime again already.
