Blog2014 ≫ Nest thermostat comments

Lots here on the Telegraph website1. Hmm am I becoming a Telegraph sort of guy, agreeing with the points of its readers? It's looking more and more like Nest have made a lot of assumptions in its claims about how big the savings would be - seems to me like my heating bills might go up if I used the Nest thermostat rather than down - perhaps people in america do not have timers on their heating, and they just have their air con and heating on 24 hours? YEAH There would be some savings there, but if you're mean like me and just have it turned off most of the time, this system is only going to turn it on more often.
