When Mum and Dad were here at the weekend they brought the Karcher Window Vac1 that we bought them for christmas. And it's great! Probably it is the mostly the effect of having an experienced window cleaner taking charge of it, rather than the device1 itself, but the insides of our windows look great now. We're going to have more of a go with it, and then probably get one ourselves.
Yes we do actually have a window cleaner2, and he's great, but he only does the outsides. Didn't know he had a website, until I just searched there.
