As Clare was out with work last night I did a bit of arduino 1 experimenting. Did not make much progress though, just took my robot butler project back a step. Before christmas it was posting things to the twitter, but twitter just changed their API to tighten up security, and the arduino 1 doesn't have enough memory to play like that. So I'm going back to my previous method of posting info from the arduino 1 to my own webserver (could be the raspberry pi 2, though right now it is a real server out there, the same one this blog is on) and then having that do what it needs.
There's no need to be posting to twitter, it's just a handy visible way of saying "hey that worked, a thing happened".
I might try and present some of my home automation madness at work this week. Maybe. I hate presenting.
