Actually my favourite point of the weekend was earlier today. A few hours I have got up, when I have done the early shift on a Saturday, knowing I have a lie-in to come on the following day. It's now Saturday evening, I have the night ahead of me and a lie-in to follow, nice.
The morning started early. number two son has been really good all week, he's started sleeping later, but today he's feeling a bit groggy so was up before six. Quite a productive day, I assembled number two son's last remaining christmas present and did a little bit of DIY. Finally fixed up a couple of wonky sockets that I had installed in a hurry. If only I could get the Hall lighting sorted then the house would be in a good place, and I could really get started with some experimenting.
