Blog2014 ≫ don't eat any fish at all and switch to vegetables - be vegan..

Reading a little about a crazy fad diet on the bbc... I'm sure Clare likes the sound of "it makes meal planning easy":

These meals are extremely low in calories - about 1,000 on day one and 500 for each of the next four days.

With the exception of water and black coffee, nothing else is consumed.

The limited selection of food (with no choice of flavours) means that everything has to be eaten. It's monotonous... but at least it makes meal planning easy for five days.

It's not a regular diet, it is super low calories (fasting) for a few days a month. I'm not doing this, just reading about it, as a friend has mentioned the supposed health benefits. Surprisingly, I am skeptical.

Actually having read the articles further I am not sure the crazy diet food they use to stop you blacking out during the "fasting" phase is even vegan... rubbish!
