Fixed the issue with my lightwaverf pir, there was not really an issue with it, just with my set up. Each lightwaverf switch can be paired with about half a dozen remotes, and if you pair the same remote with the same switch more than once, that still counts. So I must have tried to pair either the remote or the computer or the upstairs pir several times, filling up the slots. I reset it all, and all is good, so now when you move about in the downstairs hallway the downstairs light comes on.
I need to reintroduce the glossary on here if I'm going to retain any sort of audience...
