Blog2013 ≫ 6th in the Chambers Boxing Day Quiz

Well I think we did pretty well. Emma, Jeff, and myself did the boxing day quiz and we had a great time. Bear in mind there were three of us in our team and some teams and approximately 100 people, so sixth out of sixteen teams is respectable.

We got there before opening and queued outside, though most people opted for the "bundle the door" approach. Pleased to find that there were still plenty of small tables free so we got a good spot. Free drinks again very good work best pub in Folkestone1.

Painful expensive taxi on the way there as it was double time, so I walked home after. Fierce storm all the way home and I was walking right into the wind. It only went in my favour when I turned up Battery Point. Forty-five minutes to walk home, and I had neither headphones nor a fitbit / pedometer so those are all lost steps...

Anyway a lovely time was had by all.
