Had a lovely weekend, mostly just me and number one son and number two son hanging out. Clare had a day of Christmas shopping on Saturday, so we had a fun day. At least it was fun until number one son fell in the stream at Brockhill.
number one son was in wellies and a waterproof jumpsuit so took a great leap into the little stream that runs by the cafe. Unfortunately his boots got stuck in the mud, so when he tried to do his next jump, the boots stayed where they were and he was up to his knees in cold squishy mud. He was not happy. Luckily we were just on our way home anyway, we'd already had a good play in the park, and a great lunch too.
On the way home we called into John Lewis, though number one son was not really in the mood for it.
Sunday we had more playing time, as Clare was out again, at a wine tasting event at Vinorium. It's alright for some.
