Here 1 and not actually available yet. It is internet powered gardening. I can do this stuff for (nearly) free.

lockitron.com 2 and august.com 3 also look interesting, your door lock knows all about you and when your door should be open. Lockitron does not actually exist yet though, and both seem to be only American style door locks. Is there such a thing? yale.co.uk 4 are apparently doing something, but I don't see it.
