Super busy on a project, quite tiring, so I've not felt like using the computer when I get home. So no posts here for a while!
Having a fun weekend, family and friends in town for a party. We are using a professional babysitter tonight, as everyone else we know is going to the same party. Will be the first time we have done this.
As some friends were around I went out last night too, out of the house, a rarity. Popped in The Ship, and the evening just flew by. I really only planned to stay for an hour but I was still there past closing. Had a really great evening. Stayed up quite late, so had my lie in this morning, and actually slept for all of it today. Usually I sit up and watch TV. Not looking forward to tomorrow morning quite so much, could be an early start, and I might well have a couple of drinks tonight at the party...
Did a little more on my project of "replacing everything in the hallway with almost identical items". Bought another door handle, I'm slowly replacing all of the brass hardware for chrome.
I also got new LED bulbs for the kitchen today, have got the energy usage super low now, but I think I've gone too far. It's maybe too dim in there now, possibly even murky.
