Blog2013 ≫ My Arduino smells

I bought one of these 1 a few weeks ago, and finally tried it out on Saturday. It works great!

connected up my new http://t.co/S2QVpJwTjQ 2 on @ourduino 3 - man alive can it sniff out alcohol fumes!

It can detect any sort of bad air and report on it, so including carbon monoxide, alcohol fumes etc. It can't differentiate between them but it knows something is wrong. It's going to be a handy thing to fit into any general monitoring, as if I've wired up something badly and caused a fire hazard this will let me know! Well, let the twitter know...

I have introduced an error into script that does the tweeting, it bombs out after tweeting once now instead of keeping on reporting. There's nothing on the arduino serial monitor after the first post so I think I have caused some sort of memory error - if anyone knows what it might be please let me know...
