I actually bought one of these 1. Have fitted it into the raspberry pi and it's now happily running xbmc again and has indexed all of my content on the NAS. So I can do party shuffle style music playing in the lounge again, controlled by the TV remote or the phone app...
raspberry pi: Credit card sized super cheap computer, awesome.
xbmc: XBox Media Centre, some software that would run on an old xbox or other computer hardware to play movies and music etc. I used to talk about this a lot...
