1) they are touring with a different singer - might work, lots of big rock bands have done it, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Anthrax, etc. I met Sebastian Bach once, I struggle with the concept of Skid Row without him. 2) they legally bought the name Skid Row off Gary Moore in 1987
