Blog2013 ≫ Number two son started crawling

Another of my jobs for this weekend was to be going in the loft and getting down the stair gates. Got a lot of stairs, need a lot of stair gates, and I was sure Number two son was about to start crawling. Clare said leave it - if we put them up, he won't crawl for ages, but if we leave it then he'll start crawling right away. Like taking your umbrella out with you if you don't want it to rain. And lo and behold today he just started. We had a few friends over, they were playing giant snakes and ladders with number one son on the floor, and Number two son just went for it, crawling across the board. There is no stopping him now, which means nothing is safe. We had mostly put things out of his way in the lounge but will now have to go round all of the floor level drawers and cupboards making sure the marbles and playmobil and so in is all put away.

I have not done any of my other weekend jobs yet, no gardening and still not bought the TV, but will go out tomorrow and have a look. Today we went into Folkestone to see if we could get a new coat for number one son in Debenhams, but they didn't have anything nice.

Dom shared this link thevinorium.co.uk1 it is a place near work, sounds great, a lot like Vinopolis. We may go there soon, sounds like it could easily get expensive though.
