BBC says it's the hottest day since 2006. It certainly is hot, even the weeds are starting to wilt. Looking forward to the predicted thunderstorm, my lawn needs it anyway, it is BROWN.
I thought it was 2005 that was the really hot year? I remember thinking "it's going to be hottest day for ages and we are wearing these heavy monkey suits".
Anyway, to sum up: it is still hot.
